Instead of charging you per delivery, we estimate your annual fuel costs and divide them into 12 low, even payments. No matter how many heating oil deliveries you need in a month, you’ll always pay the same amount. Your winter bills will be slashed virtually in half!

The Monthly Budget Plan doesn’t make you pay more for your heating oil. If your season’s fuel ends up costing less than our estimate, we’ll forward the credit balance to your next bill. There is no cost to enroll in the Monthly Budget Plan. The program runs from July until June.

WFC provides customers with the convenience of free AutoPay using credit cards and electronic funds transfer (EFT). With this option, late payments will be a thing of the past.

Heating oil price protection options

Heating oil prices rise and fall throughout the year, but WFC offers you two options to protect yourself from these fluctuations.

1. Pre-Buy Protection Plan — Make a single purchase for your entire season’s heating oil and lock in your price, regardless of whether the market goes up or down. We will deliver your prepaid gallons as you need them.
2. Cap Price Protection Plan — For a small fee, we will set an upper limit on how much your heating oil will cost per gallon. If the market rate drops below the cap, you pay the lower amount!

We can’t promise that you’ll pay less for fuel with these programs, but you won’t have to stress about energy market spikes during the heating season.
